My Writing
It took life experiences to learn that I am a reader in the way I learn, and I am a writer in the way in express myself. I wrote about my life change moving back to America, where you will find over 90 blogs on The ABC’s of change: Authenticity, Belonging, Choices, and shedding written from 2017-2019. These are “penned” by Allison, my alias. I continue to write today, as I find writing to be cathartic.

Professional and personal events over more than 20 years provided a set of practices that I define as Presence, Showing Up, and Creating your own Tribe that guide me still today. I did not have professional role models when moving up the career ladder; I remedied that by creating Club 26 to nourish me in the past 20 years ago. It is my objective to share these practices with the next generation of women leaders.
